You have many options for affiliate to promote your products. Such as Commission Junction and Be Free (both of them of owned by ValueClick), LinkShare or Performics. They all handle your affiliates tracking system and money. They also charge you a few thousand dollars for your affiliate program get established. But, there are also smaller fees for affiliate network. If you don’t have enough bucks, you can choose these type of options.
If you want to DIY your affiliate network, you can hire someone to put affiliate tracking system on your server. Buying a CGI tracking script or writing your own script if you’re familiar with CGI scripts.

Now we’re getting to the interesting stuff. Affiliates are up next, and after running through the do’s and don’ts of your paying customer base, things start to get a little more flexible here again, for simple reason that the situation is clear cut, and affiliates are more numerous than your long term customer base for example. By clear cut, I mean you know what these people want. They’re here solely to promote a good product, and make good money doing so. You don’t need to carry out any research to confirm that one.
Now, as far as turning your affiliates’ attention to your list, I’m going to advise the same as previously just to make one hundred percent sure no one reading forgets that each of these resources should be a list in itself, with a clear goal, and a clear reason for being there. When you come to mailing them, you need to know what they want from you, as well as what you can give them in return.
